Julia Green Library
Our library staff has one mission: to spark a love of literature that will last a lifetime.
The library is open for book checkout throughout the day. There is rarely a time you will not visit the library and see students checking out books, reading quietly, researching, or working in groups guided by a classroom teacher and/or our librarian.
Our librarian plans cooperatively with teachers and our IB coordinator to integrate our library materials and Academic Standards into each Unity of Inquiry. It is our goal that the students of Julia Green gain a love of quality literature. We currently have over 12,000 volumes. Funding is provided by the school system, our PTO, and various fundraisers, including an annual book fair.
